MANTES-LA-JOLIE DISTRICT

Mantes-La-Jolie often informally called Mantes is a commune 48km in the western suburbs of Paris. It is an industrial town focused on chemicals and cement. It has drawn an impressive number of migrants that form the tapestry of the rich cultural diversity seen in this commune today. The church of Notre-Dame which dates back from the 12th century is part of the rich landmarks of this region. The church's outreach post is located strategically here to oversee additional assemblies in Melun and Troyes.
