TRUSTEES
The International Missions Board of the COP in Ghana mandates every leader in its satellite Churches to appoint a board of trustees in all outreach posts. The role of the trustees is to provide strategic direction for the local church, ensure appropriate policies are in place and operated effectively, to oversee the Church's committee structure and to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the various countries the Church operates.
In France, the trustees meet twice in a year, and invite people to join them to advise them on particular matters.

COUNCIL
The head of the COPF has the responsibility of organizing council meetings to discuss the operational and human resource management protocols of the various units under his care. To this end, all representatives of the COP in France meet every July and January. They include ministers and co-opted delegates of various district and regional assemblies. Those attending are updated on the actions of the Church, and have the opportunity to discuss and vote on pertinent issues, create committees and endorse auxiliaries for diverse oversights.
It is also a time to unite for praise and be inspired in plenary sessions.
The Council works through the Executive Council and the Trustee Board, which oversee the work of the Mission, Ministry and Faith and Unity in the Church.

DISTRICT & LOCAL ASSEMBLIES
Local assemblies in the districts form the front-line of Pentecost mission. Over 18 (not sure about the number of assemblies) churches belong to the COPF. Most churches have their services in leased buildings; others meet in homes, schools, community centres and other public places. Some follow a traditional style of worship whilst others try new ways of doing church to attract people that find church alien to their culture and way of life.
All assemblies normally meet for worship on Sunday but also have meetings during the week like bible study groups, parents and children, youth clubs, etc.
There are COPF churches with a team of ministers whilst others have overseers and or no minister at all. A fund from the National Resource Centre in Paris provides resources to those churches who encounter difficulties in financing a minister's wages or an evangelism project on their own. It also pays for publications, events and support for all local churches across the country.
(Add a few pictures of some notable assemblies/ or profile all assemblies and create links to their location and composition).
