These are composed of the following:

TRUSTEES

The International Missions Board of the Church of Pentecost International in Ghana mandates every leader in its satellite Churches to appoint boards of trustees or Executives in all outreach outposts. Their role is to provide strategic direction for the local church, ensure appropriate policies are in place and operated effectively, to oversee the Church's committees structure and to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the countries the Church operates.
In France, the trustees/Executive meets twice in the year, and invites people to join and advise them on particular matters.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

The National Leader of the Church has the responsibility of organizing council meetings to discuss the operational and human resource management protocols of the various ministries and units under his care.

To this end, all representatives of the COP in France meet every January and July. They include ministers and co-opted delegates of various district and regional assemblies. Those attending are updated on the actions of the Church, and have the opportunity to discuss and vote on pertinent issues, create committees and endorse auxiliaries for diverse oversights. It is also a time to unite for praise and be inspired in plenary sessions.

PASTORAL STAFF

The Church of Pentecost International is represented in all five continents with membership of over one and a half million adherents. The satellites are equipped with missionaries who reflect and implement the collective dogma of the mother Church.
We have been blessed with men of integrity, missionaries and ministers commissioned to bring the word alive into our communities; a task which has so far been faithfully executed with grace and love. Click to continue

OVERSIGHT COMMITTEES

In the Church of Pentecost, final responsibility for determining God's will for mission is through the whole church membership which is achieved through regular members meetings. The Church has set apart open-minded individuals to manage ongoing ministry and oversee the mission that God has given us. Their roles vary according to the area of oversight but broadly aimed at managing the practical functions of running a church organisation. This includes dealing with specific practical matters and issues, overseeing and developing vision in our purpose areas. The executive council appoints co-ordinators to cover these significant aspects of the practical outworking of our purposes under the areas of mission, welfare, witness and the word.

MINISTRIES

Paul's epistles often remind us about all the gifts the Church needs in order for it to accomplish its work and to be itself. Everyone has gifts which have to be shared with the whole body.  Among these gifts are a lot of things that have to do with taking some kind of responsibility for the Church's growth and the Church's direction - the apostle, the prophet, the teacher, etc.  And while all these people may exercise these gifts in various ways, the Church has always organized itself in a way to reflect a visible and transparent focus for its mission. It has worked on the theory that the task of taking responsibility and nurturing the vision of the Church needs to be identifiable both in and beyond its structure, and so it has initiated the creation of ministries to define and accentuate this vision. DISTRICT AND LOCAL ASSEMBLIES

Local assemblies in the districts form the front-line of Pentecost mission. Over twenty churches belong to the Church. Most assemblies have their services in leased buildings; others meet in homes, schools, community centres and other public places. Some follow a traditional style of worship whilst others try new ways of doing church to attract people that find church alien to their culture and way of life..

PENTECOST WORLD MISSION

INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL MEETING

The International Council meeting is an inspirational annual event, held in Accra, with Pentecost World Mission. It is a time for reflection, for shared worship, for meeting friends and colleagues from around the world and for hearing about the work of local and global mission.
It is the ideal opportunity for ministers and representatives of the satellite churches from all over the world to gather together as God's family, to hear an account of the Church's global activities, to participate in the decision-making process through discussion, voting and prayer, and to discuss plans for the coming year, and express support for world mission by a continuing support for COP global Mission initiatives.

HOW IT WORKS

The structure of the Church is designed to ensure the highest practical level of involvement among churches and the greatest possible level of accountability to members.
This is achieved through the work of two principal bodies: the Executive Council and the National Council.

The International Council operates as the 'engine room' of the Church of Pentecost International with executive responsibility for all aspects of Church work. Most of its members are ministers drawn from local assemblies and from co-opted delegates. Other members include elders, deacons, committee moderators, representatives from other assemblies. Through this structure, interests are represented from the widest possible constituency of Pentecostals.
The majority of the Council's work is conducted through a series of commitees and executives with responsibility for key areas such as Mission, Faith, Ministry, Finance and Administration. These report to the full Council just twice yearly, thereby maximising the time available for getting the job done. Most of the Council's work for its satellites is organised and administered from the Church of Pentecost head offices in Accra, Ghana.

A VALUABLE RESOURCE

We equate the church in France with its resource centre in Ghana. However, the Church of Pentecost International is the 10,000 or so satellite churches themselves. With the emphasis on the satellite churches as self-governing and self-financing, Accra is properly regarded as the Church of Pentecost 'headquarters' where all key decisions for front-line missions are made. Indeed, the Church of Pentecost International is the authority that acts as mission agency, guiding, resourcing and supporting its satellites in the Diaspora.

GUIDING

A key task of the Church of Pentecost International is to enable churches to carry forward the mission of God and to promote church life. It does so by guiding satellite churches in their mission strategies and by providing resources in evangelism, social action, youth ministry, church planting and other important aspects of church life

INTERNATIONAL MISSION SUPPORT

The Church in France gives over ten percent of its financial resources to the International Missions Board for missions work. Since it is an outpost of the COP International, headquartered in Ghana, it is actively involved in supporting work in other Chuch of Pentecost outreach ministries in the world.
Because evangelism is multidimensional, the Global Missions support serves in contributing human and financial resources and logistical support for church planting and revitalization. This initiative supports and strengthens new churches and also helps in sustaining global evangelism strategies of the church.
The Church of Pentecost International has a clearly defined vision and mission for church planting initiatives in the world. It is our belief that effective church planting and development strategies around which strong continuing churches and new churches endure, is achievable when we give generously for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Because of a solid foundation based on the gospel of Christ and the support of all satellite churches in the Diaspora, the Church is able to make significant progress in the accomplishment of its outreach obligations.
We are eternally grateful to God for allowing us to share His gracious blessings with the underprivileged in remote parts of the world through this ministry.
